It starts with one photograph, and then it's pared down; taking detail away, not adding. I let the viewer fill in using his/her imagination to complete the piece. My images are half done, memory fulfilling the other half. I have no formal art training, but have participated in exhibitions with artists such as Andy Warhol, Salvador Dali, Norman Rockwell, James Tissot, Kawasi Hasui, Thomas Hart Benton and Rembrandt.
